About Us

The first company of the Weber group was set up in 1992 as a family business, i.e. Weber & Co. Impex ltd. which is still available as a Cash & Carry shop, with not edible articles. Together with the first international commercial chains, in 2000, there appeared in addition to the group, another company i.e. Weber 2000 which was distributing kitchen tools for the following strategic partners: Carrefour, Selgros, Praktiker, Auchan, Cora, Penny Market, Leroy Merlin, Mr Bricolage and the Mol Gas Stations. Besides these companies, we collaborate with other 100 distributors from the whole country.

The distributed products of our company are purchased from different external providers from Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany and Switzerland, where we import the Swiss Victorinox armyknives. Beginning with 2010, together with the price rises of the articles produced in Asia and of the appropriate transport, we began looking for and collaborating with producers of kitchen articles made of wood, ceramics and metal, articles which had great success on the internal market, due to their traditional character, being mainly handmade and of course having a good price compared to their quality.

On the basis of these facts, we developed another company in 2012, Weber Trading which deals with the production and distribution of these articles. We assure the quality check of the ordered products, the continuity as well as the transport to our storehouse.
